Hey Y'all! I'm Olivia, owner of Magnolia Avenue Boutique. Welcome!

I have always had a dream of opening my own boutique! When the opportunity fell into my lap to purchase this beautiful boutique, I knew that THIS was my opportunity. I would not describe be me as your typical boutique owner. I want to make sure first and foremost you are comfortable in our items. If you are not, we will do everything we can to get you there! 

When you shop at Magnolia Avenue Boutique, we want you to feel like you're on a shopping trip with your bestie - the one who always gives it to you straight, with all the love in her heart! 

My family and I live in Northern Virginia. I love coffee, my family and sunsets! My favorite thing about my job as a boutique owner is being able to empower women to feel beautiful in their body, and I fully believe that the right outfit can change your whole vibe.
