- Standard USPS shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 Days.
Returns:
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Product found damaged and used will are not Eligible for return, this includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, damage from package opening or handling or incorrect sizing.
- Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, a printed copy of your confirmation email will suffice as record of your transaction.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Jewelry, scarves, bags, undergarments, bathing suits, bralettes, and all accessory items are final sale
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box untouched and unmarked in any manner.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
